Computer Help on the Wirral

Wirral Key Computing was established in 2017,  helping seniors, adults and small businesses get to grips with their technology.

However, I have had the privilege of helping businesses and seniors learn about their software or new technology for over 10 years.   I specialise in helping absolute beginners and have experience of helping customers who have suffered a stroke re-learn to use their devices.

​

I am a friendly and patient computer trainer whose office is based in Ellesmere Port.  I provide help and support in the comfort of your own home or office. 

​

No handouts like school (unless you want them).  Informal and relaxed sessions. I am happy to focus on specific tasks or questions you may have and tailor the session to meet your needs.
 

Individuals or small groups welcome.

  • Tablets (iPad and Android) and Smartphones.

  • Laptops and PC’s (Windows 7, 8 or 10).

  • Microsoft Office Basics (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

  • Internet Basics – Email, internet shopping and assistance and support completing online application forms.

  • Social networking, (Facebook, Twitter etc.).

  • Basic photo editing and organising.

  • Video calling (Skype, Facebook Messenger or Facetime).

  • Starting to sell on eBay.

  • etc.
