Photos should be provided loose and out of albums (or see below for extra album charges).

Don't forget you can purchase as many duplicate USB's as you like (they make great gifts).
Or provide your own USB (new and sealed) (2 copies maximum per order).

Step 4: Do you want your photo's scanned directly from albums?
It is recommended that photos are provided loose for scanning. However, if you wish for them to be scanned directly from an album an additional charge is added for this service. This is due to the considerable extra time, care, and effort that is needed to remove photos and add them back into albums.
An album with Up to 50 Photos:

Care and attention will be made to ensure your albums and photos are returned to you in the same condition they are provided. But due to the nature of the work and age of albums, this cannot always be guaranteed.
